Below were some working process in Unreal. Firstly I realized the color of the wall and floor wasn't the right color I wanted, thus I made some adjustments on them. As for the door, I made it translucent material first, but then I found out the glass part and the door should be seperated material (and just changed the glass part into translucent) so that it would looked correct. I also enhanced the normal map of the glass so that the bumping texture could show obviously.
For the corridor, I used vertex painting, one of the chellenge I found was that even I added more vertexs, the edge of the two materials still looked square. Thus I followed the tutorial to make the noise on the edge, so that while painting, it looked more natural.

Finally, I tried to make rain drip shader, I followed the tutorial and generated two maps in Substance Designer.
But the outcome wasn't ideal, the rain didn't look realistic at all. I haven't find the solution to fix the problem yet.
