Here is what I've done so far, I still have a lot texturing works need to finish.

I used the 512per square meter sheets to check that everything looked right and have equal resolution before I put them into Unreal.
Below were some materials I made in Substance Designer.

Plaster (Basically for the wall)

This was the material I used for the basic building, I add some cracks and divots to make it looks natural but not adding too much because I don't want it look like a ruin.

And this one is the base material for some other structures of the building such as the awning above the door or the frame of the windows. Since I'm planning to put them into Zbrush to sculpt some patters and add some dirts around the edge, so this plaster material is simpler than the one with divots.
