In order to save my texture maps budget, I only unwrapped and baked half of the items(if they're symmetrical) and then assembled them after importing into 3dsmax.
Below were some screenshots of texturing in Substance painter.

For the purple secction were the patterns for wallpater and the carpet, both were found on Pinterest.I modified the colors and then used layers to create the texture.
For the orange section were for books and papers, all were found on Pinterest and I turned the patterns and words into stamps in Substance Painter and used multiple layers to texturing.
For the blue section were for the painting and photos, I only changed the brightness in Substance Painter, they were on Pexels and Pixabay and were free to download.
